Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This cross roads needs a reduced speed limit, the carnage here some mornings is beyond dangerous. Drivers trying to cross between hooknorton and sibford are often met with lunatics flying down the hill at motorway speeds . Can someone from the council monitor this around 8:30 in the morning . It only a matter of time before there is a fatality.
