Deep pothole on bend going downhill, posing threat to cyclists, motorcyclists and motorists. As neither Oxfordshire nor Buckinghamshire County Councils are prepared to take responsibility for the issue, BOTH COUNCILS SHALL BE HELD JOINTLY AND SEVERABLY LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THE POTHOLE IS REPAIRED

  • I hit this pothole on the top of Kingston Hill yesterday in pouring rain and thought my wheel would collapse, it was full of water, on a busy narrow bend, no warning. A sign a few yards ahead of the bend coming from A40 warning drivers would be a start! You have to hug the sides of the road as it's narrow and you can meet cars coming at you, I hit the same hole a few weeks ago and if it damages my car I will issue a claim.

  • The pot hole heading down hill is massively deep. Would kill a cyclist or motorcyclist and deep enough to smash a car wheel and pop a tyre. This is URGENT
