This unregistered trailer has been parked like this for months, apparently the owner ignores orders to move it to a safe location. It has no reflectors on the front, and the rear reflectors are obscured, presenting a serious hazard for other road users with potential serious impact damage and injury. Potholes have formed on the road edge causing potential tyre damage.
