2 metre long potholes with sharp edges, tyre damage

These potholes have formed as an unregistered trailer laden with straw bales with inadequate lights has been parked on the edge of the single track road for moths. This forces motorists to partially leave the road when passing and this has caused deep potholes and a sharp road edge which will damage tyres.
