Small but deep pothole

This pothole is not as innocent as it looks. On a rainy day, it fills with water and when cars pass wide, presumably so as not to splash people at the bus stop, the opposite happens. Occasionally a wheel will go into it and all the water gets sprayed over the person(s) in the right corner of the bus stop. It’s happened to me and I’ve seen it happen to another person, and it’s a lot of water.
