Lots of standing water due to blocked drains. gully full of mud and needs digging out along the kerbs.

    This results in the carriageway completely flooding on the Oxford-bound side during heavy rain and needs sorting quickly please. In cold weather it freezes and becomes extremely slippery and dangerous all the way up the hill as traffic spreads out the water.
