Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The surfacing between the footpath and the bridge (over the ex-stream at the entrance to the Kinecroft, High Street end of Croft Road) makes it dangerous for wheelchair users. The surfaces don't align well and my father has almost tipped my mother out of her wheelchair on several occasions!
