Large build up of loose material in junction mouth

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

If turning onto Long Whittenham Road towards North Moreton there is a large accumulation of gravel/debris in the middle of the lane ( approx 2ft long x 1ft wide x 3 inches deep ) . Could create a hazard for road users especially two wheeled vehicles when turning especially if low light levels .
