*this is a very dangerous manhole which has been damaged fir over a year !!!!yes a whole year and you have not fixed it!!!! you covered with a rubber mat for modt if thus year never to fix it and now the rubber mat has gone waiting for a serious accident to happen'!!!!!!!!!!????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
