Drain blocked such that water flows UP out of the drain, along the road and back into the next drain. An issue as turns to ice when below freezing and road well used by walkers, horses, bike riders. WTW jetliner.accent.blame Ongoing issue for months. Other drains along the road cleared by someone, this the last remaining issue. Yes, the drains are scheduled to be cleaned in Jan or Feb, but winter is coming so everytime it freezes until then this road will be a risk. Please come and unblock this drain before Jan.

Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified time frame.
