The live display states “Avoid Congestion Charge, Use Park and Ride Free Bus” HOWEVER, it is NOT POSSIBLE TO INCUR a Congestion Charge by driving a car along the Botley Road: THE CONGESTION CHARGE POINTS ARE ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE CLOSED RAILWAY BRIDGE. So it isn’t possible for drivers to opt to incur a Congestion Charge, by ignoring the Park and Ride,
