Soil added to fence
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Several workers turned up to replace a section of perfectly good tarmac and add soil up against a fence! When asked why they said because they had been told. Now it is a complete mudbath making it extremely difficult to get into town without being covered in mud. Please can you arrange for it to be removed!
