Cones on public highway

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The cones have been put back on the public highway. I fear if they keep being removed and 'given back' to the parishioner then this situation will continue for ever more. Please could you remove the cones and dispose of them rather than putting them in the gateway opposite and then let the parishioner know that they should stop doing it. Many thanks.

  • Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Surface dressing works are ongoing at this location. The cones will have been put out by contractors due to the ongoing works. They will be removed when the job is finished
