Flooding across whole road

This is reported every time we get heavy rain, so again, as you can see, water not draining and flooding whole road and buses, cars etc. going through and causing water to go over verge and into neighbouring gardens. Could cause an incident as people hit water at speed and could veer off road and potentially injure a pedestrian.

The flooding is back as of 14:00 today, Thursday, 18th December '25. Issue continues every time it rains heavily. Pictures are the same as when reported repeatedly over many occasions. Would be good if someone could take a look at this issue before residents have their homes flooded. Thank you.

I cannot attach a video, but the flood water flows under our fence and then collects in the garden and then floods our patio and both sides of the house. This happens every time there is prolonged heavy rain. This urgently needs attention, and with more rain due tonight/tomorrow I no doubt will be posting more pictures later today/tomorrow.
