Services Works have replaced previously block paved pavement with patch work tarmac, Kerbs are damaged and some replaced with tarmac, potholes on pavement where tarmac is, Aesthetically how is it not like for like replacement whereby they just reuse what they removed? Looks awful.

    Very shabby job by the contractors, needs relaying.
