Gully blocked

The gully is blocked by debris and now covered with leaves. It has been blocked for months despite it being reported as cleared on 15/9/25 for which there was evidence. There are 2 gullies outside of the October Club. The problem one is on the opposite side of the road to the Club. What 3 words - Gift Sheepish Weekends
