Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

A broken style on footpath, unable to climb over. No step to stand on. To climb over. Someone has removed the broken bits but not replaced the step. As it's on a footpath, I don't know who contact about it.
