Recessed steps causing injury

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The steps to the two properties known as 1 Downsteps and 2 Downsteps are dangerous enough in the daytime but completely hazardous at night as there is no lighting or way of knowing they’re there. My son has broken his nose falling over in the pitch black.
