Hedge blocking the view

Coming out from Newlands Avenue on to Broadway - at the mini roundabout - the right-hand side view of on-coming is blocked back the hedge at the the very corner. The hedge can grown taller quickly - either it needs to be removed or cut very short regularly. Thanks.
