Many pot holes in both S bends

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These pot holes have been here for more than 5 months. I did report it at the end of August. They were marked with white paint, Now the white pant has worn off, It is a dangerous hazard, especially in these dark evening. You cannot take a photo because it's on Two S bends Please make as urgent, & well over due Many Thanks

  • I have escalated this problem to Cllr Liz Leffman, it was painted up but was never fixed. This is on a very dangerous s bend and there is a genuine risk to life.

  • Hopefully these photos help show that there are pot holes on the entrances to the bends on both side of the road. This forces drivers into the middle of the road coming from both directions, as it is a blind bend, a head on collision is increasingly likely as the pot holes get worse.

  • Photos show how bad it is. With the added danger, having to drive in the middle of the road. On a blind bend. Saying that, when leafield Rd joins Fairspare Road it's much of the same!

  • I reported this in October 2025 and the council replied that the road had been inspected and it was deemed as needing action within the next 28 days. The action that was taken was that my report was subsequently deleted and the nothing happened to the road.
