Collapsing road surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These collapse is an existing repair of approximately 3m x 1m section of the A3400 leading to a manhole cover. It is dangerous as it causes the vehicle to bounce uncontrollably. As such driver cross the center line into oncoming traffic to avoid it.
