Leaf and Vegetation Debris on carriageway after verge maintenance

The edge of the road and drainage channel is covered in leaf debris from the recent verge maintenance works which should’ve been cleared when the bushes and trees were removed recently. This is slippery and a hazard to cyclists and Motorists, and is also blocking the gullies.
