There has been a wet area immediately in front of my parents property for over a year and is so bad it is affecting access by foot and vehicle in and out of their driveway. In winter this area has been icy and carers who attend to my parents have expressed concerns with the winter again approaching. Thames Water have tested the water and say it contains none of their chemicals.
