THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OUTSIDE THE WARRINER SCHOOL IN BLOXHAM STILL HAVEN’T BEEN FIXED!!!!!! This evening (4/11) at 4pm my child waited 13 MINS and the lights STILL hadn’t changed! My child ended up crossing a busy road without the assistance of the lights because the lights are still faulty! The school tell the kids to only cross at the lights, but what’s the point of using the crossing between 16.00-17.00 when the lights don’t actually change allowing the kids to cross the road safely. This has already been reported to you once before and I was assured it had been fixed….IT HASN’T!!! Please sort it as a priority, it is a health and safety risk (especially as children are concerned). If a child gets knocked down it will be your fault as you have been made aware of this issue TWICE! I will be escalating this complaint within OCC if it isn’t addressed ASAP.

An Engineer has visited site and checked the operation of the crossing. All demands registered by pedestrians were served during the visit. The time of day of the controller was however found to be incorrect, which would have meant although demands were always served, the bleepers would have been inactive when not designed to be.
