The footpaths on Truelocks are in a state of systemic failure and are out of repair, requiring full resurfacing. ​Key evidence exceeds the mandatory 25mm action threshold: ​Extreme Trip Hazards: A vertical step at the pavement edge was measured at approximately 40mm deep. ​Sunk Ironwork: Utility covers are significantly depressed, with vertical trip edges measured between 30mm and 35mm deep. ​Deep Potholes: Other depressions in the walking surface were measured at approximately 30mm deep.

These defects run the length of truelocks way on both sides.
