Overgrown laurel hedge and leaning fence

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Leaning wooden fence due to overgrown laurel hedge opposite 11 Haywards Close on land not owned by a homeowner. The fence is leaning into Garston Lane opposite the hospital and has been leaning more as the hedge continues to be left to grow without maintenance.
