No Cycling Sign Vandalised - Please Renew Urgently

The sign showing times when cycling is supposed to be restriced has been vandalised i,e. the times have been removed but need replacing urgently, These signs really need to be replaced with flashing messages so that the ignorant people who continue to ride amongst pedestrians can't pretend not to know. The council dont seem to care about the safety of resident pedestrians but when a tourist gets injured maybe something will happen.
