Overhanging Hedgerow on Blackthorn Road

The Hedgerow is overhanging Blackthorn Road (East bound) opposite Springfields junction. The overhang forces traffic to drive on the wrong side of the road, at a bend that cannot be seen around and opposite a junction. It is causing a danger for traffic
