Light shining in house

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has already been reported, and listed as completed. It looks like something has been added, but this has not been effective, and the bedroom is still flooded with light. Please would someone kindly contact me to assess the issue and what can be done to resolve this. Many thanks. Mike 07833 239482

  • Thank you for the report. I can see that there has ben a rear shield fitted. Looking at the image I can see that a shild to the right hand side of the lantern may be appropriate here. I will raise a job for that. Please be aware that this shield would be as far as we can go.
