Lighting not working or vandalised with paint
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Once again the lighting in the subway by Rose Hill roundabout is either not working or has been painted over by vandals. This place has once again become a hot spot for drug dealing & is extremely intimidating to use. Given that in the past week there has been a stabbing on the same cycle path in broad daylight carried out by 2 people dressed head to toe in black on motorised bicycles this needs to be given the utmost urgency.
