Dog size escape gap between NEW fence and gate

Reported via mobile in the Other category anonymously at 18:00, Mon 27 October 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Location = millennium woods, east hagbourne New posts and wire fencing has been put up at millennium woods (new road entrance) against the kissing gate.. but whoever erected it has left a good size escape for dogs ! I know there are escape points around the hedgerow from the woods as well this is to close to the parking. For safety reasons for both dog, owner and incoming vehicles this needs to be corrected immediately. If a dog was to run loose through that gap straight to New Road it would be disastrous for everyone.

  • The path through the Orchard at the back of Bishops Orchard which leads to the disused railway line is extremely muddy and slippery. The path on the ramp has almost eroded and is pure mud. The ramp is now quite dangerous as it is so slippery.. this has also been reported to our local bar council as a matter of urgency.
