Blocked drain and debris on road/pavements

Following stormy weather last week there is a lot of debris in the gutters along Cowley Road, Littlemore opposite the shops and the drain outside the entrance to the park is blocked. Could the larger road sweeper attend to properly clear the gutters and drain area and clean the pavement Many thanks.
