No road markings

I live directly opposite this junction at No 51 Cotman Close with No road markings, people do Not stop here, Recently people have been parking directly opposite the junction forcing cars into the path of each other, there has been multiple near miss head on collisions here, i myself have had nearly 3 due to people pulling out, or in of the junction with cars cars trying to drive past here, It's extremely dangerous and its not a matter of if there's going to be and accident, It's a matter of when there's going to be an accident, There is a primary school 100 yards away, and children cross this junction all the time, and There are lots of elderly people round here, This junction needs solid white lines and markings, if not someone will be injured or killed, it doesn't take much to kill a small child, pedestrian or motorcyclist, I was in the vehicle accident repair industry for over 32 years and have had to repair cars that have injured children in or being struck by cars, Iv lost friends due to accidents like this including my brother, I could report these cars to the police but don't want to fall out with people, But proper road markings would help,
