Missing bollards

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 17:08, Friday 24 October 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Several months ago roadworks were carried out at the junction of Walton Street and Jericho Street. During the works the bollards preventing vehicle access to the section of Jericho Street between Walton Street and King Street were removed to allow the works to be completed. At the completion of the roadworks the bollards were not replaced, meaning that would should be pedestrian only space is now being used as an unenforceable private car park - there are no enforceable lines on the road. Please ensure that the bollards are replaced, so that the pedestrian only space can go back to being that, rather than being a free private car park. This has been reported on numerous occasions, and no action has been taken.
