Major roadsign damaged- illegible & unstable

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

One of the large (over 1m wide / tall) signs appears to have been crashed into (reportedly months ago). It means the information on the sign is hard to read, and the semi-collapsed state doesn't seem very stable
