Bridge Handrail failing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Some of the posts supporting the handrail on Bonney's Bridge are rotten and if someone was to lean on the handrail would fall into the water. This is quite a narrow bridge with a lot of cyclists and pedestrians using it.
