This drain cover has had water flowing out of it since July this year (consistently flowing even during the drought with no rainfall). We reported the problem to Thames water who have had 2 teams investigate for clean water leak (no chlorine detected so not clean water leak) and waste water. It has been confirmed that it is not a leak from a Thames water assets and we have been told to report it to the highways agency / council.
