Cut tree down and driving under power line support cable

I do not know if they have bought the land next to the house, but you absolutely cannot drive under a power line support cable as well as the fact that a very large tree was cut down on what i thought was common land even though they have had a fence around for nearly a year they have now put a permanent bush
