Urgent! Large rubble on road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Large bricks and rubble have been spilled across the carriageway by a lorry attempting to negotiate the roundabout at speed. If a motorcyclist or small car hits them it will either cause a crash or severe damage. 14:50 hrs. Please attend immediately
