There is a dangerous manhole cover at this location. A large hole has appeared to the side of it, and the surrounding tarmac is crumbling badly. The area poses a serious risk to pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles — especially at night or in poor visibility. It looks like the damage is worsening and could potentially cause an accident if not repaired soon. Please investigate and make this safe as a matter of urgency.
