There are 3 roadsigns left by the telephone mast box and one at the top of the byway near the bridge. These have all been left for many months. Easy to spot! Steventon High Street P199 A4

    It's 12th Dec and these abandoned road signs are still left on the verge. When should these be considered as having been flytipped? Or should we take these to the tip to be recycled?
