Dangerous and adds to speeding
Reported via mobile in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 14:33, Wednesday 8 October 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Missing 30mph sign in right as you enter Ardley from Middleton Stoney. And the one on the left is now becoming overgrown. This increases the speeding through the village - trucks and cars and car transporters often driving at double the speed limit. I know this was reported a year ago. Why hasn’t it been sorted? Plus the 40mph flashing sign is still up and am working…so the most it does is remind drivers to reduce to 40mph!

Thank you for replacing the 30mph sign entering Ardley ! Unfortunately the 'de-restriction' sign hasn't been replenished at the same time - hense traffic is leaving Ardley unsure when to increase their speed to the national limit. Thanks.
