Tree leaning into road

Tree has grown leaning into the road. The branches are being hit by passing high sided vehicles. This is also a school bus route which also catches it on passing multiple times a day.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land maintainable by the adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. I have sent correspondence to the landowner, detailing the problem and advising that they carry out remedial works to remove potential hazards to the highway
