Collapsed tree across carriageway restricted height clearance

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Tree situated on roadside bank has begun to collapse at root plate and is now leaning across the carriageway with a restricted height clearance of approx 14 feet . This is located just after a blind corner so any high sided vehicles will not see it .tree already has signs on being struck
