Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Lack of double yellow lines concerning location of fire hydrant on Hamilton Rd ( nr Kings Cross Rd ) leads to illegal parking. Often cars are parked over the fire hydrant itself. This has been observed on numerous occasions over the past year.
