Large crack to pavement

This pavement is within Orchard Close and leads directly to the play area. The crack is extremely large and a Health and Safety Hazard. I am reporting from the Managing Agent - Common Ground and this issue has been raised during a Safety inspection. Remedial works are required. I believe land is either adopted by Oxfordshire Council or Cherwell Council.
