The 20mph zone warning signs are not visible as you come down Pyrton Lane towards Cuxham Rd due to excessive foliage. Due to this vehicles are braking to reduce speed later and thus entering the blind left hand bend too fast.

    20mph road signs are still invisible to road users till you are virtually on top of them due to vegetation growth
