Broken lock. Keys spin in the barrel
Reported via mobile in the Other category anonymously at 16:11, Monday 6 October 2025
Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
A neighbour who is not permitted to have access to our 3 sheds which are behind a locked gate has admitted he has broken the lock but still gained access by reaching over the Perspex sheets protecting the turn handle on the other side of the gate to park his moped. I have approached the neighbour and he has now moved his bike but the lock now needs replacing and we need the new key for the lock as we are all waiting to gain access to our sheds for various things. The three sheds belong to number 53, 54 & 55 on the top floor of the maisonettes. (On the right hand block). I’ve asked him to report the problem which he tells me he has called in but he has broken English so I’m not sure if he would have been able to explain the problem fully. He’s a lovely man and would have tried his best but I thought this may be of helped you.
