Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Number 18 Herschel Crescent is being used as an HMO but there is no HMO Licence listed on the Oxford Council Register for this address. This been used as HMO for a at least 2 to 3 years with a large turnaround of occupants.
