Overgrown hedge restricting footpath

Appears to have been a problem for sometime judging from the amount of growth, sometimes brambles are overhanging beyond hedge, path restricted to one person width.

  • When will there be a change from under investigation to actually taking action, bins are beginning to be a regular restriction to footpath accessibility certainly for pushchairs or wheelchairs?
